Loving-kindness

"The more you nurture a feeling of loving kindess, the happier and calmer you will be." Dalai Lama.

The more we want, the more we lose.

The more we want, the more we lose. The more we think that we are the controllers, the more we become the slaves. But once we let it go, we will get it back.
When we are free from attachment to everything in the world, it will come back to us and belong to us in such a way that does not cause any pain or unhappiness.
This is the truth of the world.

What is true Dharma?

Dharma means understanding reality. Meditation and prayer are not dharma; they are merely tools for reaching this inner wisdom. Even if we meditate all day, but totally lacked dharma understanding, we would achieve precious little. Nor are religious texts dharma; they are merely books about dharma, means for communicating information about dharma. True dharma or religion is a personal experience that each of us must elicit from within himself alone.
